Key responsibilities: • Developing and executing multi-channel sourcing strategies for niche, high impact and hard-to-fill roles across Product, Data, IT and Corporate verticals in AUTODOC’s international markets. • Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers, aligning on role expectations and profile calibration based on data-driven talent market insights. • Conducting talent intelligence research, market mapping, and benchmarking to inform sourcing approaches and support strategic hiring plans by analyzing market dynamics to uncover hiring patterns and proactively identify emerging sourcing opportunities. • Acting as sourcing process owner by designing scalable search strategies and sharing tailored talent intelligence with the business, enabling data-driven sourcing across functions.

Held a dual role: • As an external recruitment consultant, I focused on executive search for IT and corporate profiles. • As an in-house recruiter, I focused on the recruitment of consultants with ISO experience across departments, including full-time, contract, and freelance roles. Key responsibilities: • Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and X-ray Search. • Managing and enhancing the ATS system to streamline the recruitment process. • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet recruitment requirements. • Crafting and posting detailed job advertisements across multiple platforms. • Developing comprehensive job descriptions tailored to each role’s specific requirements. • Screening and interviewing candidates (phone, online, and face-to-face).

Key responsibilities: • Proactively sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for various positions (interns, coordinators & client service associates). • Facilitate and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to schedule virtual and onsite interviews. • Assist in building a talent pipeline for various positions. • Participate and support in Global TA Projects, i.e., analytics and reports. • Create job requisitions; post roles to LinkedIn, career sites, universities and other job portals.
