In the future, I aspire to work in a role that connects Japan with other countries. Currently, I am responsible for recruiting engineers at Chatwork, a company that develops chat services. Specifically, I lead recruitment management and the launch of direct sourcing as part of a team of engineers, designers, and Product Managers (PdMs). Previously, I worked at AnyMind Group, an e-commerce company with a strong presence in the global market. There, I led the recruitment and organizational setup for engineers and designers across 19 offices in 13 countries.
