"Working hard for something we don't care about is called stress, working hard for something we love is called Passion" I love what I do as a talent agent with UAE Exchange, not because I am paid well but because I am driven with the passion to hunt the right talent. As part of this hunting, I have progressed in my profession consistently. I have been provided with plethora of opportunities to experience various roles but not limited to HR. My past roles involves versatile exposure into the entire gamut of HR except Training. But as they say "learning is never ending" and hence I am still learning to be a maestro in my area of work & is consistently striving to gain insights into various area of HR aspects.
