As I progressed through the ranks within the Maison from Project Manager, PR & Events to Asia Regional Director, High Jewellery, I established and expanded the Asia Pacific High Jewellery division, achieving triple-digit sales growth and driving transformation, while enhancing Cartier brand dominance. In my current position as Deputy Managing Director, my responsibilities encompass business and people performance. My expertise lies in strategic planning, client relationship building, and team / people development, always seeking happiness and purpose for my teams and myself. My academic background spanning Global Finance, Design, and Communications laid the ground for my professional journey, allowing me to blend creativity with analytical insights. I am passionate about fostering innovation and excellence within the luxury industry, and I thrive in dynamic, caring environments that challenge the status quo through Creativity while carrying the timeless elegance of Heritage. My non-profit work fulfills my love for talent and the arts through worthwhile causes, such as the Cartier Women Initiative, helping women social entrepreneurs achieve their purposes, and The Hong Kong Ballet where I am part of the Board of Governors.
