Vessel chartering, co-ordination with overseas supplier, arrangement of storage space at discharge port, demurrage & final price calculation if material purchased in formula.

- Responsible for custom clearance of imports. - Coordination with procurement team for purchases and import documentation queries - Follow up with finance for timely release of LC against the orders executed - Follow up with Brokers for availability of Licence & any queries arises for debiting licence, etc. - Coordination with finance and accounts for duty Payments, ledger settlements, - Coordination with liners and CFS for movement of containers; - Follow up with the suppliers for the import documentations; - Information to the supplier’s in case of shortages - Coordination with transporters for timely despatch of material; - Followup with Marketing for BE filing (HS/TOB/DTA sales) - Preparations of HSS and TOB documents - Checking of transport and CHA bills. ERP & MIS - Responsible for the updation of data on the ERP system, with relevant changes as and when required. - Scrutiny and settlements of all the vendor bills, service providers dues, insurance claims. - Daily reports on under clearance, bonds, shipments awaited, etc.

Documentation: Checking of documents received from the customer Filing of BE, after checking necessary notifications and regulations, Preparing HSS documents; Shipment tracking; Follow up for the duty payments and TR6 challans. Coordination: With customers for timely clearance of shipments; with dock team for status of clearance and despatch of material; Billing : Preparation of bills and collection of payments; Filing of TDS forms, professional tax, service tax, Bank reconciliation
