Human Resources management is my passion; I have been working in the human resources career for the past 9 years. I learned to enhance and develop my qualifications and personal skills by tracking records of making positive changes in organization’s culture, developing and motivating staff, enhancing professionalism, and leading HR operations to increase organizational effectiveness. I took place in various HR Functions such as: Organization Culture Development, Team Leadership, Training and Development Management, Talent Retention, Recruitment, Change Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Succession Planning, Total Rewards and Compensation.
