May Ann Cayabyab

As the President and CEO of Southcall Business Outsourcing Inc., I lead the development and implementation of the overall organization's strategy, overseeing the complete operation of the business in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plan. I have more than 10 years of experience in the BPO industry, handling different accounts such as sales, account management, education planning, and financial advising. I started Southcall with my colleagues in 2019, after working as a freelancer with a work from home setup for five years. I was motivated by the desire to create a flexible and innovative outsourcing solution for clients across various industries and markets. I am also passionate about philosophy, having graduated with a BA in Philosophy from Dela Salle University. I believe that philosophy helps me to think critically, creatively, and ethically, which are essential skills for leading a successful outsourcing company.
