Supporting the development of early-stage Enactus initiatives through strategic planning, milestone tracking, and leadership support. Collaborating with initiative leads and EBoard members to improve execution, organizational structure, and long-term sustainability for social impact projects.

Tutoring middle and high school students in math and the SAT. Teaching effective time management and studying skills. Building AI tools to enhance customer experience and enable me to serve more students with high quality tutoring.

Researching and identifying new grant opportunities aligned with Vanguard’s mission and programming. Analyzing donor and audience data to support fundraising strategy and identify opportunities for increased engagement. Collaborating with leadership to identify and implement operational improvements using data and AI. This role has sharpened my skills in nonprofit development, data-driven storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration—all while advancing my passion for arts, equity, and community impact.

Graded worksheets for K-12 students, assisted students with difficult concepts, helped plan students' worksheets, communicated with parents about their students' progress, and trained new employees.
