Maxwell Lorca-Lloyd

Selected to support the Golden State Warriors staff throughout the predraft process, specifically the Basketball Operations staff. I assisted the staff with on-court workouts including live/dummy defense, rebounding, tracking stats, and court maintenance. Also helped set up locker rooms and court equipment before and after workouts, as well as the other logistics of predraft workouts providing transportation for players, guiding them through stations, and supervising drills. I had the opportunity to participate in weekly “lunch and learn” sessions to learn more about basketball operations.

Selected to support the men’s basketball coaching staff and players in all aspects of the program, including practice organization, game preparation, player development, and student-athlete mentorship. I contributed to video analysis with Sportscode and Synergy, scouting, and on court preparation daily. I also assisted with managing day to day operations, organizing youth camps, and developing recruiting materials while fostering strong relationships with staff and student-athletes.
