Everything about people excites me! From guiding professional growth to personal development, I am driven by a deep passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential! Starting with a Bachelor of Financial Engineering, my initial roles were steeped in finance and IT. While I excelled in data analytics and business processes, it was the human aspect of my work that truly captivated me. This revelation hit home when I began conducting training sessions, realizing that helping others develop their skills and achieve their goals was where my true passion lay. Transitioning to HR was a natural progression. Fast forward today, as a Talent Specialist, my primary focus lies in Talent Management, Learning and Development (L&D), Operational Excellence, and Internal Communication within the HR domain. Learning and Development (L&D) and Talent Management: • Evaluating performance to design and execute tailored career development plans for diverse groups within the organization. • Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training interventions. • Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs to foster employee growth and improve organizational capabilities. • Developing and enhancing leadership capabilities across the organization, including future leaders and current first-line, middle, and senior managers. Operational Excellence: • Leading HR projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and streamlining processes, resulting in improved operational workflows. • Spearheading initiatives to digitize HR processes, fostering a more agile and responsive HR function. Internal Communication: • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure consistent and effective information flow within the organization. • Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and updates to keep employees informed and engaged. • Manage internal communication platforms and tools to enhance employee connectivity and collaboration. Outside of the office, I extend my passion for people through coaching and hypnotherapy. I help individuals overcome personal challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal excellence. This complements my professional journey, enables me to bring empathy, insight, and a deep understanding of human potential to my work in HR.
