-Worked with mechanical and electrical department to satisfy specialized needs of customers for their products -Create Designs in SolidWorks and take part in the performing of the machining process -Worked to create processes to help streamline systems already in place -Aided in the development of a support department to alleviate stress of senior engineers -Created instruction manuals for installation and assembly of products

-Worked with other QA testers, leads and clientele on project to ensure quality standards were met -Used meticulous observational and computational skills and experience to discover and rectify issues -Applied innovative and intuitive methodology to troubleshoot and fix software issues

-Learned to use and support on 3DS products (CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA). -Coordinated with engineers and programmers globally to help support companies with their usage of Dassault Systems' products -Worked on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner Project to support technical software issues -Trained employees to use 3DS and navigate Dassault's databases.
