Research engineer & Project Manager

I managed and executed three R&D projects: 1. Manage the creation of an analysis pipeline to automatize the treatment of a microscopy image database in Python and based on Machine learning (supervised learning) in collaboration with a computer vision scientist. 2. Lead the valorization of patented technology with a pharmaceutical company (GSK) in a European project with a budget of € 208 million and 31 partners to develop new tuberculosis treatment regimens. 3. Scientifically pilot a microfluidic device's maturation in collaboration with Elveflow to develop an MVP compatible with industrial production to set up a new drug screening service activity inside the Institute Pasteur. In addition, I managed and trained a technician to microfluidics and single-cell analysis to disseminate the technology.

I developed a drug screening platform for long-term single-bacteria tracking adapted to Mycobacterium tuberculosis. I screened for a library of compound to identify molecules to potentiate effect of antibiotic therapy against Tuberculosis. I led the development of an automated pipeline for image analysis in collaboration with two biostatisticians to treat a 60k microscopy image database, reducing the analysis duration by 50-times. I published a patented in 2019 (inventor at 50%) and one article as first author is under reviewing. I presented scientific results in two international conferences (AMR Paris 2018, Nano-biotech Montreux, 2019). In addition, I managed and trained two students (bachelor and master).
