I work at the UQ Business School as an Associate Professor in Business Information Systems, and my major service role is as Deputy Director Teaching & Learning (Commerce) in the UQ Business School, University of Queensland (UQ). In my research and teaching I focus on data governance, digitalised education, and creating opportunities for our students to develop into future business professionals in their chosen field. More formally, I'm an experienced IS professional and accountant with fifteen years’ experience in the area of IS consulting including IS project evaluation, IS audit and IT management and governance as well as holding a PhD in Business Information Systems from UQ. My published research is in the areas of the use of intelligent decision aids, Information Systems (IS) audit, and Information Technology (IT) governance.
