As a Director at Hello, I help guide the long-term strategic direction of the agency, working with the board and leadership team to ensure sustainable growth. My role is to provide oversight on financial and operational performance, support and challenge the executive team, and open new opportunities through networks and partnerships. I’m focused on balancing innovation, culture, and client outcomes so the business continues to thrive at scale.

Max is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Hello and driving its continued growth. Since founding the company as a one-man operation servicing a local chicken shop, he has scaled it into a 65+ person team delivering award-winning campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands. Today, Max focuses on expanding service offerings, streamlining operations through smarter systems, and overseeing HR and Finance. He is committed to leading Hello into its next chapter, attracting top talent and evolving the agency’s capabilities to stay ahead of market demands.

As the Managing Director and Chief Social Strategist of Hello Social, I am responsible for ensuring all client's deliverables are met and often exceeded. Additionally, I provide the foundation strategy to allow our clients to achieve the communication and marketing goals, through the mediums of social media.

As Managing Director of Intersect AI, I lead the consulting arm of the business and guide its overall strategic direction. My role spans consulting delivery, operations, marketing, management, and finance, ensuring we scale as a trusted partner for enterprise AI transformation. At Intersect AI, we help large organisations unlock the full potential of artificial intelligence, from strategy and discovery through to the design, build, and deployment of bespoke AI solutions. I oversee how we take clients on this journey, aligning technical innovation with practical business outcomes in efficiency, accuracy, and competitive advantage. Key areas of focus include: • Driving consulting engagements that identify high-impact AI opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions. • Leading the operations, marketing, and positioning of Intersect AI as a global professional services firm with offices in Singapore and Stockholm. • Managing the financial, operational, and organisational health of the company to ensure sustainable growth and long-term value creation. • Steering the strategic direction of the business in collaboration with our leadership team and board. I bring over a decade of experience leading one of Australia’s top marketing agencies, along with deep insight into building and scaling professional services firms. I am responsible for the everyday running of The Social Managers. This includes lead generation and nurturing, accounts management and development of social media strategies for new clients.

Max uses his experience in social media agency land to launch Rivuu. This includes liaising with the UX, Dev and Marketing teams to successfully launch Rivuu globally.

Max manages client relations and the application development projects

Create product trials, collect data for product management decisions, co-ordinate design of final prototype, ensure patent is approved and meets specifications. Establish alliance and distribution channels through governing bodies in the Physiotherapy Industry

Contribute to the strategic direction of the company, focusing on marketing and integration into social media.

Responsible for coordination and creation of social media strategies for a variety of clients. Creating and managing campaigns and delivering on specific objectives. Most work involves establishing environments that are conducive for interaction between brands and their target audience. This environments include content that is optimised and engages with the audience. Coordinating PPC campaigns and creating business systems to allow for easy expansion.
