At The North Face, I am tasked with greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Provide expert product knowledge and assistance to customers in selecting the right clothing items based on their needs, preferences, and outdoor activities. Offer personalized recommendations and educate customers about the features, benefits, and technical aspects of The North Face products. Assist customers with trying on clothing items and provide guidance on fit, sizing, and layering options. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary. My team and I were too achieve individual and team sales targets by proactively engaging with customers and upselling clothing items and accessories. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the current product line, including the different clothing collections, fabric technologies, and seasonal offerings.
