Earned a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a MBA from Oklahoma City University. Began a career with Tenneco Oil Company in 1983 and worked various operational positions, both domestically and internationally. Continued an engineering role with Hadson Energy in Oklahoma City and then in 1993, started a consulting firm and operating company. Later joined Louis Dreyfus/Dominion/Linn and then Range Resources Corporation holding various positions and last served as the Division Vice President of the Midcontinent. Member of Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (SPEE), Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA) and the Industry Advisory Council of the SPE Chapter in Oklahoma City. Published in SPE, holds a patent and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
