As Managing Director of Line Surveying, I am responsible for the overall strategic direction, financial performance, and continued growth of the business. Working closely with department leads, I oversee company operations at a high level, ensuring projects, teams, and business objectives remain aligned. My focus is on long-term planning, business development, client relationships, and maintaining the standards of quality and service that have helped establish Line Surveying as a trusted provider of measured building surveys, topographical surveys, laser scanning, and reality capture services throughout the UK.

As Project Coordinator, I managed survey projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery, acting as the key link between clients, surveyors, and CAD technicians. I was responsible for scheduling site works, coordinating resources, monitoring project progress, and ensuring deliverables were completed on time and to the required standards. This role provided valuable experience in operational management and helped support the continued growth and efficiency of the business.

As a Measured Building Surveyor, I specialised in capturing and processing accurate spatial data using advanced surveying technologies, including 3D laser scanning and reality capture techniques. My work involved surveying residential, commercial, and historic buildings to produce detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, and 3D models. As Business Development Manager, I was responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with architects, property developers, contractors, and private clients. I joined The Media Snug Ltd in April 2025 as Managing Director, with a focus on driving business growth, improving operational performance, and expanding the company’s client base. Working closely with the existing team, my role is centred on identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and developing strategies to support long-term growth. The Media Snug provides digital marketing, website design, branding, social media management, and content creation services to businesses across a range of sectors. I oversee business development, strategic planning, client management, and overall commercial performance, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and generate measurable results for our clients. My focus is on building sustainable growth, improving processes, and helping businesses strengthen their online presence through effective digital marketing and creative solutions. By combining commercial strategy with a customer-first approach, I am committed to supporting the continued development and success of The Media Snug.

As Managing Director of Line Building Limited, I oversee the strategic growth, operational performance, and successful delivery of residential construction and renovation projects. Working closely with clients, project teams, and trusted contractors, I ensure every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Our work ranges from house extensions and loft conversions to full property refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and general building services. My role involves managing client relationships, business development, project planning, financial performance, and operational efficiency, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards. As a Project Coordinator, I worked closely with the Managing Director to ensure projects were delivered on time and within budget. My responsibilities included liaising with department heads to coordinate efforts across teams and facilitate effective communication. I hosted weekly team meetings to review project progress, address any challenges, and align on next steps. By fostering collaboration and maintaining clear lines of communication, I contributed to a cohesive project environment that supported timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. As a Project Estimator at Park Business Group, I specialized in the fabrication and installation of Schüco windows, doors, and curtain wall systems. My role involved preparing precise and detailed cost estimates by analyzing project specifications, drawings, and requirements. A key part of my estimating process included building systems in Schüco’s SchuCAL software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications. I collaborated closely with project managers, architects, and clients to develop competitive proposals that adhered to project budgets and timelines. During my time at Park, I successfully secured projects such as The Dorchester Hotel, Devonshire Square, and many more. Leveraging my expertise in Schüco products, I identified innovative solutions to optimize project efficiency and quality. Through effective collaboration and meticulous attention to detail, I contributed to the successful execution of a variety of glazing projects, ensuring they met both client expectations and industry standards.

At IMbD, I contributed to a significant contract with McDonald’s, supporting the delivery of mechanical and electrical (M&E) design drawings for every new build and refurbished McDonald’s location across the UK. My role involved assisting with the creation and refinement of detailed M&E drawings, ensuring they met the specific requirements and standards for each project. I collaborated closely with the design team to optimize accuracy and efficiency, playing a key part in delivering high-quality documentation that supported the successful completion of these nationwide projects.

As a Revit Technician/Draughtsman at Grants of Shoreditch Limited, I played a key role in leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to enhance design accuracy and efficiency. I was responsible for creating and maintaining detailed Revit models and technical drawings, ensuring that all designs met project specifications and standards. My work included developing families, tagging stonework, and generating schedules for various architectural elements. I frequently utilized Autodesk Inventor for detailed design and modeling tasks. Additionally, I collaborated closely with project teams to model and place fire stops in large-scale projects, notably the Leicester Square Hotel (The Londoner), contributing to the overall safety and compliance of the designs. This role allowed me to advance my skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Inventor while contributing to innovative architectural solutions.

In my first role as a Technician/Draughtsman at MorePower Engineering Consultants Ltd, I developed a solid foundation in AutoCAD while collaborating closely with Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. My responsibilities included creating and managing technical drawings, setting up layouts, and producing equipment schedules based on red pen mockups. I played a crucial role in maintaining drawing registers and ensuring that all documentation adhered to project specifications and industry standards. This position allowed me to hone my technical skills and gain valuable experience in the engineering field, laying the groundwork for my future career in project estimation and coordination.
