About
The rapidly growing field of food innovation plays many roles in meeting the ever so changing customer demands in the sector of F&B. It can be utilized to harmonize the science of food and culinary arts. As a Saudi Food Innovator, I strive to drive innovation and advancement on a local level while finding solutions to the everchanging market demands and environmental conditions. While doing that, punctuality, accountability, commitment and reliability are core values I make sure to reflect through my work. With that in mind, creating and promoting value through my work is of importance to me. Outside my workplace I love to do workshops related to food sciences and innovation through which awareness is raised. Working with multi-cultural teams, I focus on setting standards, cascading the vision and mission, while understanding the importance of autonomy to accomplish goals. Respect, effective communication and family-like setups is what I look for in workplaces, where everyone works towards a common goal by cultivating synergy over competitiveness.
