• Work closely with the Area General Manager to ensure the Area achieves its key operating metrics, continues to improve on the implementation of consistent business practices, and drive profit growth for $220M operation. • Lead the annual business planning process on behalf of the Area; work with Area Business Unit Leaders and the Budget Planning group to ensure accurate and timely completion of all charts; review and analyze submitted budget and make recommendations to the Area General Manager • Track Area and Business Unit performance. Gather all requisite operating metrics and provide variance analysis to Area General Manager on an ongoing basis. Work as needed with Business Unit Leaders to develop strategies to improve performance and meet key operating metrics • Provide an accurate forecast of the upcoming monthly close.
