With more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology, my career journey has been marked by continuous growth across various roles and industries, always with a focus on results and digital transformation. I began my career in the Healthcare sector as a Business Analyst, where I gained deep insights into the specific demands and challenges of this industry, building a strong foundation of knowledge about IT processes in one of the most demanding markets. Over the years, my experience expanded to Product Owner (PO) and Tech Lead roles, where I was responsible for leading high-performance teams, implementing Agile methodologies, and applying Scrum to ensure projects were delivered on time and with the highest quality. These roles enhanced my skills in stakeholder management, effective communication, and solving complex problems, always with a focus on collaboration and people development. Currently, I serve as a Systems Coordinator at a leading national retail company, where I lead IT and business teams, leveraging my expertise in IT management and strategic project management. I am responsible for driving large-scale projects in the Accounting, Tax, Financial and Supply Chain areas, continuously improving processes and implementing innovative technological solutions. My background in IT Management and an MBA in Strategic and Economic Business Management equip me to align technical needs with organizational strategic goals, always pursuing operational efficiency and digital transformation.
