* Perform detailed design of overhead and/or underground electric distribution systems. * Prepare field notes, drawings, specifications and estimates as defined by the client’s scope of work document. * Design and prepare, construction orders related to overhead, underground facilities associated with electric distribution systems applying prescribed standards, guides, specifications and procedures. * Perform design services requiring a full understanding of drawings, specifications, and industry and company standards covering the assigned work. * Prepare cost estimates, specifications, evaluation and requisitions. * Prepare engineering calculations (pole loading, guying, transformer sizing, conductor loading / sagging, load studies, voltage studies). * Provide training and technical support for other distribution design classifications. * Achieve weekly billable goal as defined by the project guidelines. * Design of utility construction standards using AutoCAD 2018.

* Perform technical work and related activities associated with the planning, engineering, design, analysis, research, development, testing, construction, maintenance and operation of Company equipment and facilities. Plan work in accordance with AEP standard planning practices * prioritizes routine work to meet the demands of the company * maintains accurate records.

Control the flow of electricity through transmission lines to industrial plants and substations that supply residential needs for electricity. Monitor and operate voltage transformers, and circuit breakers. Also monitor other distribution equipment and record readings at a pilot board—a map of the transmission grid system showing the status of transmission circuits and connections with substations and industrial plants. Coordinate with engineers, planners, field personnel, and other utility workers to provide information such as clearances, switching orders, and distribution process changes.

Provide accurate logging data to the customer. Operate down hole and surface system above average standard. Transport equipment to the job site, assemble and install. Monitor equipment in operation while drilling and troubleshoot any malfunctions of our equipment and make necessary adjustments. Remain on site for the duration of operations on that well or until released by customer.

Perform detailed test planning and associated test implementation activities. Promote detailed methods and techniques necessary to establish technically sound product test solutions. Assists in the investigation, analysis, and development of solutions to product performance problems. Responsible for assisting in the preparation of test plans and schedules, and the resolution of technical and quality issues. Continually strive to improve associated processes and procedures.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for potential participants in energy efficiency programs offered to commercial and industrial customers. * Carry out marketing and networking campaigns, generating leads and cultivating relationships that result in program participation. * Explain program benefits to customers and trade allies, and to help all parties through the process of receiving energy efficiency services. * Form partnerships with customers and trade allies. * Conduct outreach to customers and trade allies that would benefit from participation in energy-efficiency programs. * Conduct informational meetings and participate in community events that promote efficiency programs. * Facilitate program delivery by helping customers and trade allies complete the rebate/incentive application. * Contribute to the development of marketing and public relations campaigns. * Provide timely and concise reporting on outreach efforts and outcomes.
