Supervised a staff of over 600 military, government civilian and contracted employees. Administered a $520 million annual budget, which included contract negotiations, procurement, and solicitations.

Project Manager, Camp Victory, Iraq (Project Management/lean six sigma) Selected by the Director of the Army National Guard (DARNG) to deploy to Iraq and research a method to document those Service Members who were exposed to rapid acceleration and or concussive events (such as IED Blasts) but who otherwise were not injured or visibly injured. The mission was in response to the large number of personnel who returned from combat theaters with traumatic brain injury (TBI) or mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) like symptoms but had no documentation. Lean Six Sigma certified.

Worked in Pennsylvania and later at NGB, on personnel deployment processes and policies. Developed personnel processes to activate and deploy over 3700 Soldiers to Iraq in 2004 as this was the first time since the Korean War Pennsylvania sent these units to war.Implemented processes and procedures for the first large scale casualty operations in years. Improved the deployment process for the entire Army by utilizing automated records and eliminating redundancy and the need for three paper copies of records.
