Coordinate and schedule enrollment education meetings for our clients' group life, disability, or long-term care benefits. Manage a group of contracted enrollment specialists that conduct the client meetings. Facilitate and organize annual contract enrollment specialist week-long training sessions. Track time and expenses for the enrollment specialist group and leverage resources to minimize costs. Attend and conduct enrollment meetings or benefit fairs when necessary.

Provided support for the sales managers in the sales offices onsite on the properties of newly constructed townhomes and condominiums. Helped run the day to day operations of the office and model homes and managed the direct marketing functions for the property.
