I believe our diet is too much artificial & also our drugs block limited nutrients. Our bodies cannot handle this & need restorative nutritional remedies rather than lab-created chemicals. Marketing as a disabled RN do not get out easily. Natural health & energy mandated by chemical overload. We in US are toxic & so malnourished, one follows the other. Too many foods non nutrient d/t mineral depletion of soil & water. This cannot be quickly corrected & will continue til toxifiers are contained or limited. In meantime use of supplement nutrients mandated for all under 40 specially. Liquid or chelated recommended.
