* Assessing and processing admission applications from international students * Liaising with other elements of Griffith University as well as external representatives and * organisations * Attending international exhibitions and recruitment activities, making presentations and undertake training when required

* Ensuring effective and efficient processing of applications in accordance with International Office standards * Responding to enquiries from prospective students, University representatives and agents and University staff * Liaising with Faculty staff in relation to applications, including academic equivalence, credit transfer and other arrangements

* Teaching * Writing teaching module * Organizing functions and events

* Leading the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students * Upholding the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity * Embedding socially just practices in daily school life * Forming partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry and business * Understanding the legislation and policies that impact on schooling * and * Managing resources to achieve goals.

* Handling petty cash float; stationery control, maintenance of office equipment and furniture, ticket and hotel bookings, and undertaking reception duties * Recommending and implementing company policies * Supervising staff * Managing the induction of new employees

* Covering reception duties at times; applying for VISA and Hong Kong identification cards, arranging accommodation for Japanese management and their dependents * Planning and organising annual dinners, Chinese New Year return home arrangements for migrant workers and other ad hoc events * Recruitment, payroll, handling petty cash * Overseeing the office operation; supervising the staff of Accounting Department as well as Personnel and General Affairs Department
