* JOB SUMMARY: * Leads the SOHED/SENSOR Finishing Equipment group * Performs vendor site pre-qualification of Semiconductor Test Finishing Equipments. * Performs installation, set-up and qualification of newly acquired equipment and accomplish machine acceptance report prior release to production. * Monitors and improves Equipment performance by analyzing and solving top 3 to 5 on pareto data of top contributors affecting machine's productivity. * Establish Wear and Tear monitoring system & determine spare parts lifespan, input the defined life into machine's program for auto alert system and parts replacement. * Monitors and analyzes machine's performance and capability to maintain high CPK and low PPM level * Coordinates with External Quality group in investigating and solving quality issue and generates reports and simulation for the customer complaints. * Knowledge in AutoDesk Inventor
