Led independent R&D on an AI-driven music personalization system designed to model individual taste and emotional response to music beyond traditional genre- and artist-based recommendations. Developed adaptive learning loops that evolved with listener behavior to infer deeper preference patterns and improve discovery and sequencing over time. Prototyped a conversational voice interface that functioned as a persistent “music curator,” enabling natural feedback and guided exploration. Researched mappings between musical structure and perceived emotional states using acoustic and structural features, and built end-to-end prototypes spanning data ingestion, modeling, and user experience, with iterative user-in-the-loop testing to validate personalization strategies.
