You see, I started my career in the real estate investment business in August 2001, the perfect time for a close encounter of historic proportions as the tragedy of 9/11 was just a couple weeks after closing my first property and then the subsequent economic downslide. Since then, I have had a voracious appetite for learning about the real estate investing process and what it takes to become a successful investor. I do not think I have found the magic recipe, and I am not sure there is one out there. The most important factor to investment success truly lies from within one’s attitude and philosophies.
