Galperti Group is an international manufacturer of forged steel components, known for high-precision flanges, rings, and engineered products used in demanding energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure applications. Galperti Inc., based in Houston, is the Group’s largest production site outside Europe. The company forges, machines, and finishes carbon and stainless steel flanges for critical service applications, supplying major EPC contractors, distributors, and end users across the U.S. energy sector. In addition to manufacturing, Galperti Inc. supports project execution through material traceability, quality documentation, and technical coordination. I lead Galperti Inc. with responsibility for strategic direction, operational management, and commercial results. My role spans from long-term capital planning and supplier negotiations to the daily oversight of forging, heat treatment, and machining operations. In recent years, I’ve focused on expanding our product line into high-performance alloys, improving delivery and quality metrics through tighter planning systems, and reinforcing supplier partnerships. While closely involved with the technical and production sides of the business, I also ensure our U.S. operation stays aligned with Group strategy — sharing systems, maintaining global standards, and contributing to broader growth goals. I believe in clarity, discipline, and measurable results — and in building an organization where accountability and teamwork drive both performance and pride in what we do.
