Promoted to project manager in november 2015, I supported the chief in managing the division from this point forward. I also continued to mix CPMGN movies. I was in charge of writing processes for movies production and archiving. I advised the chief on managing the division, based on a SQL movies database that I created. I especially supported my chief in managing civil persons, as CPMGN is a military institution. Managing civil persons required to respect circulars, in order to correctly apply official directives. I also was responsible for crediting overtime to the civil persons, due to the multiple trips for shooting. In addition to these tasks, I was also in charge of handling audiovisual equipment and identifying needs. I advised the chief on buying equipment. I facilitated communication between the accountant and the technician. CPMGN have a professional audiovisual equipment, for example SONY PDW 700 and SONY PDW 680 cameras. Finally, I managed the stock of computing equipment. I was looking for softwares that were adapted to the tasks we were working on, and ensured these evolutions. CPMGN has seven MacPro 2013 with Adobe CC suit softwares. There also are a PC with Maya 2016 Software and a last MacPro 2013 with Pro Tools DAW. All the computers are connected to the archiving server Active Circle.
