Held various key positions such as radio operator, recon platoon member, company administration, and unit recruiter. Personal attributes gained through military service boil down to: • maintaining a high personal standard and operational readiness; • maintaining enthusiasm, cheerfulness, and determination to complete the task, especially under difficult conditions; • development of individual initiative and self-reliance, as well as comradeship, teamwork, and leadership. Additionally, I was voted by peers to represent the common ranks first as the Treasurer from Sep. 2017-Sep. 2018, and as the Vice President since Sept 2018 of the Red Hackle Club. My time here has taught me about accounting, organizing events, and how to deliver club services effectively.

Responsibilities included: • New project scoping and kickoff • Sourcing and purchasing • Manage multiple lines of communication (OEMs, peers, managers, etc.) • Supply chain management • Time management My accomplishments are: • Helped create a brand-new business unit and shape the organization of the team hand-in-hand with the senior Director. • Created a purchasing, sourcing, logistic, accounting, and QC/QA system from scratch for the department. • Assisted in integrating novel production & assembly process ideas to international firms. • Travelled to South-East Asia for over 60 days to help set up & maximize success of projects while understanding and leveraging cultural differences. • Helped to build/create relationships with state-owned and other multinational companies by bringing a poised and determined resolve to build strong strategic partnerships though a common understanding of community values and my data driven mindset.

Part of a diverse engineering team managing projects that span over 30M$ in CAPEX, and a department operating budget of 1.75M$ annually. My responsibilities were: • Design mechanical component and assemblies, prototyping, manufacturing, certification and testing • Organization of projects and updating the progress of the various projects weekly as well as financial reporting and execution of various ad hoc tasks of significant importance. Specific projects included: • Various Metal to Plastic Conversion Projects • Management Control System Programming • Various Thermal Management Projects including Submersion Liquid Cooling • EPEAT Silver Certified Monitor • Anti-Virus Air Cleaner Project • Prototype and production machinery setup (SLA and FDM 3D Printer, automatic screwing machines, etc.) My accomplishments in this role were: • Played an instrumental role in establishing overseas production, managing BOMs, assembly procedures, QA/QC, and procurement. Also provided on-site support for production in China amongst other critical tasks. • Oversaw entire UL/CSA certification process and obtained Authorization to Mark for the product. • Spearheaded EPA and Health Canada product registration including efficacy testing in BSL 1, 2 & 3 labs

My general responsibilities were: • Vehicle requirements management, including coordination with different teams for system integration. • Design and analyze components and assemblies (Solidworks, AutoCAD, ANSYS) • Prototyping and manufacturing (using various hand tools, mill, lathe, CNC, 3D printer, composites, etc.) • Testing (pressure vessel proof testing, parachute drop test, pull testing, engine testing, etc.) • Organizing operations for engine static test fire, propellant loading and unloading, launch, and vehicle recovery. During my tenure, I accomplished the following: • Led the development of supersonic parachute recovery systems for a 50kg vehicle and a 700kg vehicle from 30,000ft and 400,000ft. • Built from scratch a new requirements management process, and a quality assurance program, including inspections processes, oxygen cleaning procedures, and various tests for bipropellant liquid rocket. • Had a key role in the development and testing of a 30kN liquid rocket engine, including the design/build of mobile engine test stand, bunker, kerosene/LO2 fuel system, ignition system, support equipment for liquid oxygen service cleaning and organized operations for engine static test fire, propellant loading and unloading, launch, and vehicle recovery. • Created and managed training program for over 200 personnel.

In support of new airborne training contract, I was part of the engineering department’s effort to upgrade of 3rd generation fighter jets to 4th generation by integration of electronic warfare modules. My responsibilities were: • aiding the engineering department with technical documentation, drafting, and various support tasks such as creating a full set of WDMS, and conducting the avionics units’ environmental qualification; • working on the parts obsolescence program for the Alpha Jet fleet; and • participating in fatigue monitoring activities.
