- Deliver the cost reduction targets across the assigned Contract Manufacturers, inclusive of the agreed JV synergies targets, - Deploy Negotiation strategy standards across the assigned Contract Manufacturers, building a strong ‘’should cost’’ foundation, - Develop the cost management strategy and be accountable into the Supplier Relationship Manager and region Head of Procurement for the delivery of the agreed cost reduction programs and associated targets - Own RFX process for the assigned Contract Manufacturers/Categories - Negotiate and conclude robust supply agreements in close coordination with the CMO senior management - Collaborate with other Functions and contract manufacturers in order to create innovative partnerships and solutions that deliver maximum value to GSK CH business - Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory requirements and continuous improvements of quality relevant processes, - Build strong relationship Build strong relationship with other GSK Procurement departments to drive value for the CMO Supply Chain.

On top of previous assignment’s missions : - Consolidate GSK CH and NCH portfolio to speed up the integration process, - Perform analysis to identify short and long terms synergies in JV portfolio, - Support the Global Head of Procurement in implementing new tools and ways of working to the new Organisation, - Identify non-robust internal processes and implement corrective actions.

- Create and management RFx events • Prepare and open the RFI, RFQs in the eSourcing tool • Consolidate the outcome of the events and make sourcing proposals - Negotiate and conclude robust agreements in close coordination with the 3rd Party Operations senior management, in collaboration with Legal team - Collaborate with other OTC Functions and Contract manufacturers in order to create innovative partnerships and solutions that deliver maximum value - Develop “should cost” models and industry benchmarks to identify savings opportunities - Work specifically on the benchmarking of Services from contract manufacturers - Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.

- Scheduled the subcontractors’ route - Customer appointment settings.

- Elgin Crisis : Live monitoring from the crisis room of maritime and aerial operations, - Analyzed logistical response and writing of a report describing, costs and changes in the organisation due to this incident, - Processed data from maritime transport and supplies of North Sea platforms.

- Preliminary work prior to Monthly Business Reviews, - Link between headquarters and Polish subsidiary, - Introduction of a reporting software to AD Polska’s financial managers, - Writing of supplier’s contracts to comply with new French Law.
