Welcome to the magical realm of Startup Werk, where I hold the prestigious role of Full Stack Developer and Developer Experience Wizard. With my expertise, I strive to simplify the lives of developers and create extraordinary technological wonders. As a Full Stack Developer, I seamlessly navigate the realms of front-end and back-end development. Armed with Laravel as our server-side enchantment, I create captivating web applications that mesmerize users. Our current framework of choice is Angular, where I weave spells of interactivity and responsiveness to bring our visions to life. But my magical powers extend beyond development. As the Developer Experience Wizard, I work tirelessly to optimize our workflows and enhance the development process. I wield Cypress and Jest as my testing frameworks, ensuring the stability and reliability of our enchanted creations. While conferences are not currently part of my journey, I am committed to continuous learning and growth within the enchanting walls of Startup Werk. Working as a full stack developer, I am developing custom solutions for customers of all industries. These solutions are written in C# (mostly the API) and most of the time React. Some older projects (30y+) are still on Winforms but are targeted to get a refresh in a few weeks. The range of professions we develop software for is broad. Some use mostly CRM systems while others use our products in the production of their products.

Working in this Intranet Agency my tasks were mostly connected to Sharepoint and Teams development. I also worked with Azure DevOps on a daily base.

I had a team of 30 employees which I lead in the day-to-day work. Planning actions, talking to stakeholders, and having an ear for my employees. I planned the monthly workload and shifts for each team member. I also planned the daily tours for our customers to fit their needs and our capacities. I talked to customers, insurance, and doctors about working together in the best way possible.

I supported companies with several projects. Most of my work was backend development, but I also got tasks as a frontend developer.

I am one of 50 students, chosen to participate in this Bootcamp. I learned a lot about working in a project team, writing good code, and asking the right questions. I also trained my English a lot, as this education is international.

My study language was Dutch and I also lived in the Netherlands for about 5-6 years. My Dutch is quite fluent.
