As Director of Green Master Packaging, a family-owned business specialising in wholesale LDPE packaging, I oversee the day-to-day operations that keep our customers supported and our business running smoothly. My role spans account management, logistics coordination, administrative oversight, and ensuring that every client receives dependable, timely service.I also contribute to our marketing and growth initiatives, including SEO and digital strategy, helping strengthen our online presence and attract new business. Working within the soft plastics sector, I focus on delivering practical, customised packaging solutions while maintaining long-term, trust-based customer relationships.With a background in management consulting through a project with Australia Post and postgraduate training in marketing and management, I bring structured problem-solving and strategic thinking to our operations. I’m particularly interested in improving internal processes, enhancing customer experience, and exploring creative ways to grow the business.
