Analyzing acceptance criteria to guide manual and regression test methods for One's Customer Support team, and internal teams such as Risk, Operations, and Communications.

Grew the Customer Support team from 3 to 25+ agents. Eventually expanding CS internationally.

Videographer: - Conducted 1 on 1 video interviews to gather stories from Illustrators, Graphic Designers, Hand Letterers, UX/UI Designers, Teachers, Screen Printers, to tell the story of their journey in design. - Interviews were shot and edited by me to be shared on the Dribbble Blog and across all social media outlets.
