As a Recruiter at iFathom, I was responsible for sourcing and hiring top-tier IT professionals to support federal government clients, with a focus on contracts through procurement frameworks like TBIPS. I worked closely with Account Executives and government stakeholders to identify the technical and professional skills required for each project, ensuring that the right talent was in place to meet client demands. In this role, I managed the full recruitment cycle, from identifying qualified candidates to facilitating successful placements.
