Recruit across the country for structured cabler’s, alarm, access control audio visual technicians and electricians. Used networking, and career boards such as monster, Career builder and a variety of state run job boards, and veteran’s assistance programs. Keyed and tracked applicants and employees through our applicant tracking system. Run background checks and reference checks, schedule drug screens for all applicants. Call clients to set candidates for projects and interviews. Handle job orders and client issues such as billing and time sheets. Regular client calls to solicit future business and to skill market candidates.
