• Lead & manage the PNG Financial Markets Sales team in the growth and retention of Westpac PNG’s market’s share of the FX Liquidity business and optimise P&L performance • Embrace and adopt the Bank’s core cultural ‘Vision and Values’ • Assist with other Treasury functions such as Trading of currency positions , seeking Money Market Liquidity & other Cash Management/Investment opportunities • Leveraging cross-selling opportunities within the Westpac Group such as combining Debt, FX & Transactional services to assist the Bank's FX & Money Market Liquidity requirements • Promote and ensure a superior payments and settlement function is conducted in particular a primary focus for HVC clients

Since 2004 maintained a superior foreign exchange service model for clients within the Sydney CBD corporate and financial services centres. Involved in tailoring structured solutions primarily foreign exchange to corporate clients and presenting these strategies in person, if required to clients and their board members. Also engaging and promoting the use of interest rate and commodity derivative products if any cross-sell opportunities arise. Coordinating and co-presenting at various foreign exchange/economic luncheons to a group of corporate clients and business partner training sessions. Proactively providing risk management solutions, hedging advice and economic commentary. Analysis and interpretation of economic data and the Global Markets environment to deliver the highest quality service and advice to clients. Promote the implementation of the bank's premier eFX channel-Commbiz Markets as the cost efficient and effective method of transacting their general day to day transactional foreign exchange requirements. Ongoing engagement with the new business programme to foster and grow 'New to Bank' business relationships,with Fx generally used as an 'entry point' Consistently developed strong, sustainable and fruitful ongoing relationships across internal partners and throughout the external client base and strive to be No 1 in customer service on a state,national and global level.

Providing a foreign exchange service including risk management solutions to various geographical segments including CBD ,metropolitan and other regional business centre clients.

Provided international trade finance solutions including foreign exchange service to the retail branch network and import and export businesses for corporate financial and business banking centre clients.

Provided treasury dealing liaison with the retail branch network in Victoria and Tasmania.Treasury accounting of foreign exchange transactions , commercial bill holdings and fixed rate loan client requirements.

Responsible for the settlement of retail banking commercial bill transactions . Also assisted in the settlement of dealer sale/purchase of commercial bills and promissory notes between the CBA and other interbank and institutional corporate clients via the Austraclear system.

Branch officer handling retail branch client requirements on a face to face level. Achived an award for recognition of high work ethic in first 6 months of employment.Progressed to became chief teller managing the daily cash requirements for the branch. Proof machinist and reconciliation examiner for servicing of client accounts.
