Manage and analyze clinical/diagnostic laboratory test activities (approximately a million records daily) across British Columbia. - Using Python and R markdown, built ELT pipeline from SQL Server database including the test records of major respiratory Virus (Covid-19, Flu A and Respiratory Syncytial Virus etc.) and implemented the automated weekly and daily surveillance reports. - Implemented the dashboard including Lab Test Turnaround Time (TAT) analysis and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measures from SQL Server database using Power BI - Classified the free-text microbiology test results into a set category: positive, negative, indeterminate, and test cancelled using Python and Clinical BERT.

Evaluate/analyze government funded active labour market programs such as training or wage subsidy programs using statistical techniques. Student Temporary Employment Program (STEP) Evaluation Project - Designed a quantitative evaluation methodology and developed a survey questionnaire. - Estimated an economic impact of the program through Propensity Score Matching and Difference-in-Differences statistical techniques. - Performed a cost-benefit analysis using the Labour Force Survey data from Statistics Canada. - Recommended continuing the program as its economic benefits outweighed its cost and increasing funding opportunities for small size employers (0 to 10 employees) as the benefit of the program has been maximized in the segment.

• Assisted with two government funded research projects (Bank of Korea) on regional economic development and global imbalance - The first project elaborates on various factors affecting the growth rate of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the eight provinces in South Korea - The second project demonstrates how capital flow between the U.S and East Asian countries creates global imbalance using gravity model

• Organized an economic seminar for 15 civil servants from Algeria • Organized a volunteer program involving 12 college students in the Philippines
