I co-founded and am continually developing a refreshing AV distributor, taking turnover from £0 to £3m in less than 2 years. Applying 21 years of AV channel experience to support our AV integrator customers with a passion for doing things right in AV distribution, our flexibility and support is second to none, we make life easy for our AV integrator customers. We're the opposite of box-shifting distributors, and instead have interesting, high-margin products and services available. We apply the same pro-active and dedicated approach to our select list of manufacturer partners, our vendors are not just another brand to us, but get laser-focused dedication and a proactive push into the channel. I'm responsible for developing a brilliant team of 3, P&L, strategy and direction of all aspects of our unique company.
