Matthew Talley

I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist currently working in a supervisory position managing multiple aspects of our respiratory department. A few years ago I never would have dreamed that one day I would be working in a hospital setting and absolutely loving what I do. I have a passion for the healthcare field and will never want to leave it. I have always been a very ambitious person, never wanting to settle for the easy target. I enjoy knowing that what I do every day impacts the lives of others. Being able to contribute to something bigger than myself is what motivates me to continue to strive for more. As I continue to learn and grow every day, I find that I want to share my knowledge and skills with those around me. I want to help them grow and become better than they were the day before. Having the opportunity to pour into the lives of not only my patients, but my co-workers have given me the motivation to keep going. I found my passion for leadership long before I entered the healthcare field and knew that one day, I wanted to become a leader.
