My career has spanned ICT, retail, and heavy vehicle industries, giving me a unique, well-rounded perspective on workforce engagement, risk management, and operational performance. Currently at Saputo Dairy Australia, I lead regional fleet training and compliance initiatives across Northern Victoria. My focus is on developing high-performing teams, maintaining safety excellence, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across our driver and logistics workforce. Prior to this, I held key roles in: Public and private transport (Dysons) – training and assessing drivers, managing depot compliance, and supporting Bus Depot Managers in meeting NHVR and COR obligations. Retail operations (Coles Group) – overseeing large teams, online fulfilment, and customer service, while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and engagement in a high-volume environment. ICT and technology solutions – leading service delivery and managing major client portfolios across government and enterprise sectors.
