Manage the Engineering and Park Services Departments and develop a staff consisting of 3 Assistant Managers, 10 Team leaders, Coordinators, and 65 front line colleagues. Implement Planned Preventative maintenance on the Hotel (Beit Al Bahar Villas)/Waterpark assets in order to keep attractions/Villas safe and operable for guests. Execute Capital Projects through all phases. Project budgeting, document drafting, contractor coordination and supervision to project completion and handover. Oversee and actively work on the SBU's Fire Life and Safety Matrix in order to ensure that all equipment/control measures are adhered to not only for internal/external guest safety but to ensure government compliance is consistently met. Planned, coordinated, and executed a 4 week park shutdown in January 2012/13/14/16/17 which consisted of 70+ internal and external projects (Maintenance, Safety and revenue driven) Documented and implemented Water Safety Plan as outlined by the World Health Organization for the Waterpark/Hotel Assets.
