I have grown a strong passion for the aftermarket automotive industry and have been living life in the fast lane since! Started my journey as a general service technician that quickly realized there was a bigger need in the aftermarket automotive world for individuals like myself. From there, i have gained knowledge from many leaders to develop my own style and add color to many new ideas that may be up and coming. Many fail and try to create a new wheel, rather than building off of the foundation created and adding a spoke when needed. I have been successful in My current role as District Manager by driving process optimization and business profitability on a continuous basis. Accomplished in leading by example and enabling employees to achieve personal and professional best.
