Utilized Excel to analyze billions of dollars in W2 data in order to calculate and maximize our clients’ Research and Development Tax Credit (IRC section 41). Compiled project research, conducted payroll analysis, and worked directly with clients to provide IRS Exam Support consultation.

My time with the Baltimore Orioles has been extremely valuable to my career. Through assisting thousands of customers throughout the season, I have learned how to deal with diverse groups of people, think critically on the fly, and resolve crises alongside my coworkers.

As my first official job, my time here was helpful in developing my communication and interpersonal skills. Through working with young kids, I learned to exercise patience, how to explain things to those who might not understand, and help others become a better version of themselves.
