✩ Align visual merchandising strategies with inventory receiving processes to support overall objectives and brand values. ✩ Train and lead team members in an efficient manner to process and prepare inventory to ensure product availability. ✩ Provide coaching and performance feedback to drive individual development and elevate team productivity. ✩ Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and product education, fostering trust and loyalty. ✩ Develop and implement strategic plans to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring product order cancellation rates stay under targeted thresholds.
