Tasked with managing a team of Workshop equipment specialists. Covering Half of the UK and Northern Ireland and ROI . Focused on developing the skill set of the team along with driving the full product range into the industry.

Managing all aspects of sales for 15 depots in the Andrew Page group . During the 8 month period at Ap seeing growth of 100k per week from the region .

My currant position see's me over seeing 15 branches and managing all Garage equipment sales looking to acheive growth in this area . Motivating the branches to generate quality leads then following them up advising customers what equipment they require and closing sales. Working closely with suppliers and Lease companies is key to my role .

Managing 30 plus staff members and responsible the movements for a fleet of over 300 vehicles. Making sure Staff costs are within budget and managing staffing levels daily .
