I consider myself a lively outgoing individual with a excitement for life and new challenges. Im innovative in what I do and constantly find better ways to handle situations. I am a honest and loyal person and manager, I believe that I am not just a manager but a team player and will always assist my team in order for them to learn to reach there goals. I get along easily with people and I am really outgoing, I believe that once you have a relationship in place one can achieve anything in the corporate world. I work from junior to executive level and have a good relationship with my current colleagues both these levels. I am enthusiastic and want to learn and develop further. If the opportunity presents its self I shall gladly grab it with both hands. My downfall is I expect to much of myself.
