Planning and Execution of New Product Introduction Projects

- On-going compliance and continuous improvement of the companies ISO14001 & ISO50001 management systems. - Monitoring of Environmental Performance Data including advanced analytics of sub metered energy data - Generation & implementation of Performance Improvement Initiatives - Design and delivery of training across the plant to ensure employee engagement and continuous improvement. - Plant wide communication of environmental performance and initiatives. - Health and Safety & First aid - Fire safety and fire risk assessments - Research and justification for new capital investment opportunities. Project planning and implementation including capital expenditure and contractor management.

Here, I assisted with the implementation, reporting and review of Site Waste Management Plans to ensure site specific environmental targets were being achieved in relation to Waste, Water, Electricity and Carbon. I developed and provided training and support to staff on SMARTWaste, our chosen waste management reporting tool Worked to assist sites in achieving their Considerate Constructors Scheme requirements to deliver contract Social Clauses, implementing best practise procedures to drive continious improvement Assisted sites in recording their evidence relating to BREEAM to help achieve contract targets. I have a sound understanding of BREEAM and how to increase credits Main role was assisting the Quality and Environmental Manager in maintaining the Company QEH&S management systems ISO 14001, 9001 & OHSAS 8001
