Matthew Opuszenski, AIA

Matthew Opuszenski earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Houston Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture. As Director of Preconstruction, he manages all design build projects coordinating with engineers and consultants to meet the clients needs. As a licensed architect working for a General Contractor he can integrate his knowledge of architecture with construction. On the construction side, he leads participation in both competitive bid and Design Build project delivery formats including estimates at the earliest stages of conceptual design through completed construction documents.
